CLIENT & CONTEXT

What was the brief?

THE CUP provides office coffee services: coffee, a professional machine, maintenance and deliveries matched to the team’s needs. We built the complete website to present the service and allow visitors to browse the product selection separately.

What needed to be addressed

An office subscription needs more context than choosing a bag of coffee. Visitors need to understand what is included, how the service starts and which details are needed for a proposal suited to their office.

APPROACH & DELIVERY

The work delivered

  1. 01

Explain the business offer step by step

We built a presentation of the office service covering coffee, equipment and maintenance. A dedicated section explains consultation, installation and regular deliveries, while details of the coffee machine make the equipment offering more concrete.

  2. 02

    Products with useful specifications

We developed a shop and product pages showing origin, tasting notes, pack size and grind options. Selecting coffee and adding it to the basket follows a separate path from enquiring about an office subscription.

  3. 03

An enquiry shaped around the office

We created a form collecting team size, estimated monthly quantity and the need for a machine, together with an address, telephone number and additional details. Navigation and enquiry links are part of the website’s responsive presentation.

Deliverables

  • A complete website for office coffee services and equipment
  • A product catalogue with pack size and grind options
  • A subscription enquiry form based on the team’s needs

Team size and estimated monthly quantity.

  3. 03

    Send relevant details

    Machine requirements and contact information.

Discuss the right coffee and service arrangement.

RESULT & PRACTICAL VALUE

What was delivered

THE CUP presents the office subscription and product shop as two connected but distinct options. Someone sourcing coffee for a team can understand the service and describe their office’s needs; a shop customer can explore individual coffees and their variants.

THE NEXT STEP

Does your website explain the service before the first enquiry?

Send your website address, main goal and what makes the customer journey difficult today. We will discuss the context and the right first review; scope, timing and price are agreed before work starts.
