CLIENT & CONTEXT
What was the brief?
The owners of Hristo Smirnenski Hut commissioned a website to present its rooms, services and seasonal activities. The scope included an events calendar, a reservation form and a map showing how to reach the hut.
What does a guest need to know before booking?
Choosing a stay involves more than looking at a room photo: guests need to know what the place offers, what is available during the season and how to get there. That information should be easy to find before an inquiry, including on a phone.

Connecting presentation with planning a stay

Clarify the required functions
We discussed rooms, activities, events and reservations with the owners. Reviewing comparable tourism websites helped organise the essential information and visitor actions.

Structure the website
We built a WordPress website with distinct paths for accommodation, activities and events. Galleries present the hut and its surroundings, while navigation connects the practical details.

Support inquiries and planning
We integrated a reservation form, an events calendar and a section for guest reviews. This brings information about a stay and the option to inquire into the same structure.

Provide directions and mobile access
We added a map to help guests locate the property and adapted the pages for different devices. Contact and reservation actions sit within the same navigation structure.
